1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by BLS GAYRİMENKUL İNŞAAT TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Bulton Hotel Airport & Spa" or the "Hotel") as the data controller.

2. Data We Process

Identity: first name, last name
Contact: email address, phone number, country
Booking and stay: check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, rate plan, booking number, special requests
Transactions: booking, change and cancellation records, amount and currency
Security: IP address, browser and device information, site usage logs
Marketing: ad click information collected through cookies (only with your consent)
During your stay: identity details collected at reception under legal reporting obligations

Card details entered to guarantee your booking are not stored on this website; they are passed over an encrypted connection through our site to the hotel's reservation system.

3. Purposes

Receiving, creating, changing and cancelling your booking
Contacting you about your booking and sending confirmations
Providing accommodation services and handling guest requests
Complying with legal obligations that apply to accommodation providers
Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse
With your consent, measuring the performance of advertising campaigns

4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method

We collect your data electronically, partly by automated means, through the booking and management forms on our website, through cookies and through your transactions at the Hotel. We process it on the following grounds under Article 5(2) KVKK:

(c) performance of a contract (your booking and stay)
(ç) compliance with our legal obligations
(e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right
(f) our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (website security)

Advertising and measurement cookies are used only with your explicit consent (Article 5(1) KVKK). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie notice.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with:

Our hotel management and booking system provider (Sistem Otel, to record your booking in the hotel's system)
Hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, to run and secure the website)
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (only if you accept advertising cookies, for ad measurement)
Authorised public authorities (on lawful request and under legal reporting obligations)

Some infrastructure and advertising providers operate servers outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad. These transfers are made in line with the procedures and safeguards in Article 9 KVKK.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods set by applicable law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (Article 11 KVKK)

You have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information about the processing,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 KVKK,
Request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties who received the data,
Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

Send your request with information identifying you, in writing to the address above or from your email address registered with us to info@bultonhotel.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

9. Cookie Policy

Our website uses two kinds of cookies:

Essential cookies and local storage: needed for the site to work, to remember your language, to complete booking steps and to remember your cookie choice. No consent is required for these.
Advertising and measurement cookies (Google Ads): used to measure whether you arrived through a Google ad and whether a booking came from an ad (e.g. _gcl_aw). They are activated only if you click "Accept".

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie notice at the bottom of the site or in your browser settings. Declining cookies does not prevent you from booking.
